Questions, clarified

The details that keep work moving.

Use the current product information and checkout details as the source of truth. Contact CareCore when your workflow needs a closer look.

Which materials are available through CareCore?

The Materials page shows the products currently listed by CareCore. Review the product page and the current product documents before selecting a material for a workflow.

How do I confirm printer compatibility?

Compatibility depends on the printer, settings and intended application. Check the relevant product information first, then contact CareCore with your printer model and workflow details if you need help.

Do I need a validated print profile before ordering?

A material can behave differently across printer, layer height, exposure and post-cure conditions. Confirm that a current profile or manufacturer workflow is available for your printer, and contact CareCore with the exact model if you are unsure.

Can every dental resin be used intraorally?

No. Intended use and regulatory status are material-specific. Use a product only for the application stated by its manufacturer and follow the current label, TDS, SDS and validated post-processing instructions.

Where can I find product documentation?

Product documents and workflow guidance are organised in Resources and linked from relevant product pages when available. Always use the latest approved document for the material you are handling.

How are delivery timing and freight calculated?

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for eligible Australian addresses. Refer to Shipping & Delivery for the current service overview before placing an order.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

Contact CareCore as soon as possible with your order details. We will confirm whether a change is still possible based on the order’s processing stage.

How do I get technical workflow support?

Use the Contact page and include the material, printer, workflow stage and any relevant photo or settings details. This gives us the context needed to point you to the next step.
