CareCore delivers eligible orders to Australian addresses. Available services, delivery charges and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and tracking

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within the timeframe shown at checkout or otherwise communicated to you. Dispatch estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for your order.

Delivery addresses

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and a contact method that can be used by the carrier if needed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied with an order.

Resin and material handling in transit

Some products require particular handling during transport. Delivery availability may vary by address, carrier capability or product classification. Keep delivered materials within the storage conditions stated on the current product documentation.

Delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears lost, contact CareCore as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging and product, and any carrier information. This helps us assess the next step quickly.
